We want business with us to be pleasant from start to finish, even if we encounter challenges along the way. Our clients should always experience us as accessible and supportive, i.e. as coaches throughout all the stages of the process.


Examples of the phases we go through with our clients:

· Through research, a common workshop and client interview, we learn about operations and obtain an understanding of the client’s business and reality. Together with the client, we go through the conditions of coopera- tion – e.g. quotation, schedule and brief – to ensure there is no uncertainty further on in the process. The client approves the contact report that summarises the assignment.

· We make a comparison to other players to ascertain how they reinforce their brand.

· We present which position the client can attain, as well as what the company can do to differentiate its service or product. Before work continues, the client approves the produced analysis and strategy.

· The next step involves producing visual communication. It is crucial that the creative phase is not rushed in order to ensure the best and most well-considered results. The proposals, which are characterised by top quality and finish, are then presented to the client.

· It is important that we can easily contact one another to ensure a smooth and effective production phase. We never send originals to production before the client has approved the final material.

· After delivery, we follow up the assignment to ascertain client satisfaction or if there is a wish to change anything. If desired, we also offer brand and product measurements for clients who wish to have statistics on the assignment’s effect.
